Appointment Guidelines

We encourage all first-time clients to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give you some time to fill out your intake form.

Be sure to check out our pre-and-post care treatment page before you come in for your appointment. Some of our treatments require that you do or don’t do certain things before your treatment. .

All Kairos Wellness treatments will require freshly washed, clean skin on your face – including our complimentary consultation, so be sure to bring your makeup with you if you want to retouch following your appointment.

Cancellations

Kairos Wellness kindly asks that you give us 24-hour notice of appointment change or cancellation to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If you can’t make your appointment, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to re-schedule. Some treatments may require a 50% deposit to hold the appointment.

Unfortunately, we book our treatments back to back. We really want to provide you with the best possible treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to treat you. Some late arrivals may be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

We will happily offer a refund for any pre-paid treatment (i.e. money you put on your account to be used at a later date) within 48 hours of payment. You will need to come back to the clinic to have the refund processed.

We will take back unopened, unused product up to 7 days following purchase. We are unable to take back opened or used product.

Taxes are not included in service and treatment pricing.

Gratuity is generally expected at Kairos Wellness, but is gratefully appreciated. If you’d like to show your appreciation for an amazing aesthetic treatment – (i.e. HydraFacial and our line of targeted Advanced facials). We do not accept tips for injection treatments/ cosmetic medical procedures (i.e. BOTOX and filler injections) performed by the Physician. 

We love kids and pets but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate or take care of them during your Kairos Wellness visit.  And, because of safety concerns, we can’t let them hang out in our waiting room to wait or in the treatment room with you.
